Title: help....need an acronym for our online data acquisition program

I work for the VA in the R&D department, working on Clinical Research Studies.  We have a new online data acquisition program that is up & running and of course need an acronym.

some words to use are:
data
acquisition
retrieval
clinical trials
clinical research
CSP
online/web-based
program
application

can you help?

Welcome. May I ask how you found us?

I'm guessing here that VA is Veterans' Administration, and that CSP is Clinical Study Program?

Data acquisition is a job for a
DETECTIVE

Could this program perhaps be used as a VIRTUAL DOCTOR?

Veterans' Information Resource That Uses A Large Database Of Clinical Trials; Online Retrieval.

If VA actually stands for somthing else, whatever the V word is could perhaps be substituted for Veterans'. Perhaps even VA's Information Resource...

Aah, I just checked out http://www.va.gov and VA is, as Tony suspected, the Department of Veterans Affairs. So it's about people who have literally been in the wars... maybe relevant clinical trials should also be in the WARS: Web Application Retrieving Studies

Presuning that only those ex-soldiers who are ill, or suffering some sort of symptoms will be included in the studies... (and what is war but a series of...)....

I can see this in use as someone says "Let's see what the DOCTOR has to say....."
