When I was expanding the herbs I dealt with recently I noticed this too, and the fact that many herbs seem to treat the same problems.
I'm highly sceptical of the idea that these things work and did the expansions without endorsing their efficacy.

If guys swallowed a broad cross section of the list posted they'd be guaranteed potency and endurance - and no period pains!
