Please help me to create akronym

Hi

I'm part of a research group involved in Diabetes care. We'd like a little, very tongue in check acronym by which to refer to ourselves. We're having difficulty coming up with something -can anyone help?

The key words we've being working around are:

I only just saw this because I've been on holiday with little internet access... and I don't really have time to think about it right now, but the first thing I thought of was you could have the expansion for something like 'diabetic' actually ending with 'Tongue In Cheek'
