The Genau Word

Desolée, cette page n'a pas encore été traduite en français. Voici la version anglaise.
Sooner or later after studying a language for a while, you will come into contact with native speakers. There will be an unfamiliar word or phrase that you hear all the time, which you never encountered in your studies. I call this word 'the genau word', after the first one I encountered. This word will almost certainly be the equivalent of 'genau', 'in fatti' or 'tout à fait'. You'd need to ask a non-native speaker what the equivalent word or phrase in English is (it's hard to notice one's own idiosyncracies), but the meaning is, 'exactly'. The literal English translation given in the dictionary is different for each language, but the word is used the same way.
