There is some Softwash soap at my work, and I've already submitted this expansion:

Some Oaf Found Their Water And Soap Hard?!

but I want to do another and I'm stuck on the H word... I need something like 'softens'. Here are the two SOFTWASes I have:

Surface Of Fluid Treated With Any Soap [softens?]

Symptom Of Fluid Treated With A Surfactant...

Any suggestions?

Since, as I understand it, all soaps are supposed to reduce the surface tension and make the water 'soft'

I know it might need a lot of explanations but maybe "harder" would be a more accurate word.
